Shipping & Policies

  • In stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of confirmation of payment for your order. Items will not be shipped if your payment method was declined.
  • Philia Fiber Co. is not responsible for damaged, lost, stolen, or miss-delivered packages due to error on the part of the mail delivery service or errors in the mailing address provided on the order.
  • Please make sure to add all items into the cart before placing an order.



  • Please allow 1-2 days for handling.
  • I pack all orders personally with care. If more than one skein of the same colorway is ordered I will make every effort to provide skeins that are either in the same dye group or as visually similar as possible. 
  • Orders are shipped in compostable or recyclable packaging. Please recycle or compost the packaging as appropriate/able. Please save the packaging to reuse in case of a return.


  • Any requests for returns are handed on an individual basis. If there is an issue with your purchase please contact us at within 1 week of your package delivery date. Do not send your return before we have confirmed that it will be accepted. 
  • A refund will only be provided:
    • Once the returned yarn has been received.
    • If the yarn is unused with all ties intact, undamaged, and in its original label.
  • Refunds will not include the original shipping costs. 
  • No refunds will be processed on lost or yarn damaged during the shipping process. 
  • No refunds will be offered on color discrepancies. Due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, no two skeins will be identical and the yarn you receive may not be the exact yarn pictured. We make every effort to represent the true color of the yarn in the photos. Please view the photos on more than one device to account for differentiations in screen color settings. If you have any questions about the color, please contact us at before making a purchase.



  • Exchanges cannot be guaranteed due to the fluctuation of inventory available.



Philia Fiber Co. will not use customer contact information for any purpose other than addressing issues or questions with regards to that customer's order. All personal information is kept private and will not be shared with any third party unapproved by the customer.
